Family Overview

SAMC20/21 The SAMC microcontroller family is built for appliance and industrial applications. This family features 12-bit ADCs, hardware Divide and Square Root Accelerator (DIVAS), Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC), and high-end timers/counters. SAMC21 adds 16-bit Delta-Sigma ADC, CAN FD and CAN 2.0 A/B.
