Compare Emulation Header, Debug Header and Device Features

To use the Development Tool Selector (DTS) to compare the extra debug features of an emulation header to a supported device (with onboard debug circuitry) and supported debug header:

1

Browse to DTS

In a web browser, go to the Development Tool Selector.

2

Select a Device

Select your device from the “Select Product” list. Or enter and search for your device in the "Search" box and it will appear at the top of the “Select Product” list, where you may then select it.

3

View Debug Features

Click on the tab “Emulators and Debuggers” to see debug features.
