Programmer Issues with Parallels® Virtual Machine

If you are running Windows® on a Mac® computer through the Parallels® virtual machine and experience an error similar to the following: "The programmer could not be started: Could not connect to tool hardware…", the issue may be resolved by running Windows through the Boot Camp® application program instead.
