How do you control a BM62/BM64 module via standard HCI?

Start with the BM62/BM64 Evaluation Board and follow the BM62/BM64 EVB user's guide located on the BM62/BM64 landing page.

The UART is be enabled by default, if not, then UART needs to be enabled using the UI tool and programmed into EEPROM. Use the SPKCommandSetTool v160.024.exe file to communicate with the BM62/BM64 over UART. The tool is available on the BM62/BM64 landing page, under Documents >Software> 'IS206x / BM6x Software & Tools. The HCI_TX and HCI_RX pins are available on the BM62/BM64 module and can be connected to any UART RX/TX pins.

The BM62/BM64 EVB user's guides have schematics at the end that can be used as a reference.
