How can I install MPLAB® X IDE?

Follow the steps on the "Installing MPLAB® X IDE" tutorial.

If you encounter any issues, check that:

  • Your operating system is supported (see the README file that comes with the app).
  • Your operating system is updated.
  • All the necessary drivers are installed.
  • The antivirus or firewall is not set up in such a manner that it may interfere.
