CEC1702: Can JTAG Boundary Scan be executed even if JTAG is disabled by the eFuse setting?
  • JTAG Boundary Scan is entered by special sequences defined in the datasheet.
  • In this mode, the strapping pin has to be set to high and the chip will stay in ATE mode, in which JTAG is always enabled no matter what the eFuse setting is.
  • The eFuse setting will only take place in a normal boot before exiting the boot ROM.
