GestIC® Technology - Can I use multiple MGC3130 chips in a single design?

Two MGC3130s can share one I²C bus. This is accomplished by configuring two different I²C addresses (IS1 pull-up or pull-down). To physically separate the boards, cut off the clock line and the transfer status (TS) line (for security). If the lines use Gesture Port, the I²C line is used for firmware download.
