RN2903 - Serial Terminal Configuration

How do I configure a serial terminal in order to communicate with the RN2903 module?

You should have the following serial port settings:

  • 57600 bps,
  • 8 bits,
  • no parity,
  • one Stop bit,
  • and no flow control.

You should also set the following 'terminal' settings:

  • termination should be CR + LF (the parser in the RN2xx3 module waits for this),
  • and enable 'local echo' to see what is going.
