Which Atmel touch devices are suitable for safety critical applications? - (QTouch® Safety Library) - AVR® / SAM devices

For safety-critical applications, the AVR® / SAM devices which support QTouch® Safety Library are recommended. Though these safety libraries are certified for the home appliances (IEC 60730) standard, the supported safety feature is also good for automotive applications. This depends on the specific application and requirement set. You can consider ATmega328PB device. The QTouch Safety Library is being developed for this device and is a suitable candidate for a safety critical application. You can also consider SAM devices which are supported by the QTouch Safety Library.
