RN41/RN42- How can I change the default serial port settings to contain two STOP bits?

Usually, the default serial settings on Bluetooth modules that can be interfaced over UART contain one STOP bit. How can I change it to two STOP bits?

For RN41/RN42 module, to change the default serial port stop bit setting, the SQ,256 command can be used.
