What is the maximum output for the HV7802 sensor in current/voltage mode?

The HV7802 sensor has two possible outputs: current mode and voltage mode. The maximum output voltage is 10 V. The maximum output current (IOUT) is 200 µA.

An RA of 5 kΩ provides full current capability of the trans-impedance amplifier, assuming you have a full-scale sense voltage of 500 mV and a full-scale sense current of 100 A.

Calculation: IOUT = 500 mV / 5 kΩ is 0.1 mA, therefore, the specified limit is 200 µA.
