Operating Temperature Indicator - Letter M

According to the 25LC256-M/MF datasheet, only I and E temperature grades are available which stands for Industrial and Extended. What does the letter M stand for?

The 25LC256 product page shows information for this part under 'Pricing Options' on the right-hand side of the screen. In the first column, you'll find the part number (e.g., 25LC256-M/MF) and in the fourth column, the Temperature Range for that part, which in this case is -55°C to + 125°C.
