The latency numbers for the LAN8820 are:

• For Gigabit mode:
  • For the TX path, the maximum delay is 100 ns and the minimum delay is 80 ns.
  • For the RX path, the maximum delay is 384 ns and the minimum delay is 256 ns.
• For 100 megabit mode:
  • The estimated delay for the RX path is 264 ns.
  • The estimated delay for the TX path is 248 ns.

The LAN8820i is an industrial version of the LAN8820 with the extended temperature range. They have the same datasheet.
