What third-party programmer can I use to program PIC® Microcontrollers?

Microchip has several approved third-party tools, including those from Softlog Systems. Softlog's products include a Production Quality In-Circuit Programmer Designed for in-circuit (ICSP™) programming of 8-bit PIC MCUs, 16-bit PIC MCUs and dsPIC® Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) and, 32-bit PIC MCUs, and serial EEPROMs.
