USB5537B - Is programming external SPI EEPROM via JTAG possible?

In USB5537B devices, there are exposed JTAG pins. These JTAG pins cannot be used to program an external Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) connected to the device. These JTAG pins are intended for Test mode and boundary scan. They are only enabled when the test pin is asserted, and the test logic is enabled.
