Ensuring Compiler HPA is Recognized

How do you ensure your compiler High Priority Access (HPA) and HPA support license is recognized?

Select the case reason as 'Compilers'. The system then prompts for the 'COMPILER & VERSION, COMPILER EDITION'. If you select 'Standard' or 'Pro' edition, then the system presents the activation key field. The activation key must be entered into this field. The system then works out whether you have purchased HPA and flags the case accordingly.
