How to Select Bluetooth® Classic or Bluetooth Low Energy

I would like to know if it's possible on BM78 to choose to communicate in EDR or LE. Does the module choose itself?

The device can be configured to use enhanced data range (EDR) or low energy (LE) or dual mode. If the device you are trying to connect to the BM78 supports Classic, it will connect to Classic. Otherwise, if the device supports BLE, it will connect to the LE technology. Also, there are different commands for the two different technologies, so you can choose if you want EDR or LE based on the commands that you are issuing to the module.
