MCP4531 / 4532 / 4551 / 4552 / 4631 / 4632 / 4651 / 46 - What is the wiper default after Reset and after BOR?

This is specified in Section 4.1.1 of the datasheet. The wiper and the brown-out reset (BOR) defaults to the mid-scale position. Also note that the impact of the Terminal Control (TCON) register may need to be taken into account because it controls the behavior of each terminal connection (A, B, and W).
