How do I put the RN4020 module into an Observer role to receive advertising data packet?

Set up one module as a peripheral and the other as a central. Issue the command J,1 on the central, followed by the command F. On the peripheral, issue the N command followed by the data you want to advertise. Issue the A command on the peripheral to begin advertising.
