MIC5308 Features:

  • Input voltage range: 1.6 V to 5.5 V
  • High PSRR: up to 90 dB at 1 kHz
  • Guaranteed 150 mA over temperature
  • Ultra-low dropout voltage: 45 mV at 150 mA
  • Output voltage range: 0.8 V to 2.0 V
  • Very low ground current: 23 μA under full load
  • Bias supply voltage range: 2.5 V to 5.5 V
  • Stable with 1 μF ceramic output capacitor
  • Thermal shutdown and current limit protection
  • 1.6x1.6mm DFN (MLF®) and SOT23-6 package
