Installation Issues

For Windows operating systems, ensure that

  • JLinkARM.dll
  • SEGGERAccessLink.dll

are available in one of these locations after installation:

  • c:\windows\system32 (32-bit OS)
  • c:\windows\system32 (64-bit OS)
  • c:\windows\sysWOW64 (64-bit OS)

General Issues

XPI-47: Error messages reported using MPLAB® X IDE and SEGGER plugin are cryptic.

XPI-49: MPLAB X IDE dashboard does not reflect the number of set breakpoints correctly using SEGGER J-Link probe. Even when a breakpoint is used, all breakpoints are shown as available.

XPI-51: Breakpoints set in the program memory with or without pass count do not halt the target.
