Options Window

To access the Options window, select from the main menu: Tools > Options (Windows® and Linux®)

The Options window contains IDE-wide settings that are independent of any project settings.

At the top of the window, there are seven icons representing the categories: General, Editor, Fonts & Colors, Keymap, C/C++, Embedded, and Miscellaneous. When you click on one of the icons, the bottom part of the window will change to display settings for the selected category. Click on any one of the seven icons displayed at the top of the page to learn more about each category.
