CAN Bus Demo Board MCP2515DM-BM (TP1) shows incorrect USB voltage

TP1 is a test point between the 5 V and GND pins and measures externally supplied voltage. TP1 does NOT measure the 5 V signal that the USB supplies.

The board schematic found in the "MCP2515 CAN BUS Monitor Demo Board User's Guide" shows that TP1 is for measuring EXT PWR and not for the +5 V USB.
