Can I still use the PICkit™ 3 Application v3.1 ?

Pickit™ 3 In-Circuit Debugger application software packages v1.0 and v3.1 are obsolete and are no longer supported by Microchip. This software has been replaced by MPLAB® IPE which can be installed with MPLAB ® X IDE.
