Need to find a device with more RAM

The Microchip Advanced Part Selector (MAPS) allows you to perform such searches easily via a GUI.

For example, for the PIC16F1xxx: select 8-bit only, (remove the check on 16- and 32-bit) and most importantly, under 'Memory Data', select the desired RAM bytes. The search will bring up suitable replacements with the correct amount of RAM. Make sure to use the side-by-side comparison feature, which allows you to see and compare two or more parts visually.
