KSZ8873 - Switch State At Power On

At power up, switch KSZ8873 is open and there are no strapping options to block the switch from forwarding messages from one channel to the next. Therefore, in an un-managed condition (which is the condition that the switch is in right after power up), the switch is open and it does not prohibit messages from one channel to reach the other. After power on is complete, the switch can then use the managed configuration from the host processor to manage the messages to the different channels.
