How do I update the MCG3030 firmware?

To update the MCG3030 firmware, review Application Note AN1934. This document explains how you can program your device by using an I²C bridge, your MGC3030, and the Aurea Software Package. Please note that the MGC3030 and MGC3130 devices are shipped with a bootloader (library loader).

If Aurea does not recognize the right platform and displays Hillstar when you have Woodstar connected, please update Aurea to the latest version. Go to the "Software" section of the "GestIC® Technology" page.
