Can a PIC16F with USB run on the Internal Oscillator?

A PIC16F with USB module can run from the internal oscillator based on two requirements:

  1. If the internal oscillator can go through the PLL to generate 48 MHz needed for proper USB operation.
  2. The PIC® device has the Active Clock Tuning feature. This is used to calibrate the internal oscillator using an external reference signal from the USB host.
