Where are MPLAB Harmony Example Demonstration Projects Documented?

The MPLAB® Harmony examples and demonstrations are documented in the help files included with the Harmony Framework. The help file is located in \doc\help_harmony.chm.

For example, for Harmony v2.02b, the help file is typically found in C:\microchip\harmony\v2_02_00b\doc\help_harmony.chm.

  1. In the help file "Table of Contents", go to "Volume I: Getting Started With MPLAB Harmony", then expand the "Applications Help" section.
  2. Look through the provided applications to find a project similar to the desired application.
  3. In each project is a section called "Configuring the Hardware". This section describes the hardware this application is configured to work on.
For example, File System Demonstrations/sdcard_msd_fat_multi_disk. The "Configuring the Hardware" section shows that this project isconfigured to work on: PIC32MZ EC Starter Kit and MEB II, PIC32MZ EF Starter Kit and MEB II, and PIC32MZ DA Starter Kit and MEB II.
