How do we get started developing our own driver for the AR1100?

If you are planning to develop your application with the QNX library, we have an alternative that you can pursue.

  1. Our AR1100 RS-232 Linux® driver provides a foundation that you could use to develop your own driver within QNX.
    • Download the AR1010 AR1011 AR1100 UART Open Source Linux Driver from the AR1100 page under Documents > Software.
  2. We found reference to built-in calibration routines within QNX that could also be used.
