Using Harmony v2 to Control I/O Ports

We recommend using the Ports Peripheral library rather than the Ports System Services library at this time. The System Services library works, but it essentially duplicates the Ports Peripheral library without providing any additional functionality. The System Services library will be upgraded in future Harmony releases.
