To access the Options window, select from the main menu: Tools > Options (Windows® and Linux®)

The Code Completion tab of the Editor category makes suggestions and provides hints. In a general sense, code completion is very useful when you want to fill in the missing code, look at the options available in the context of your application, and generate blocks of code when needed.
