MPLAB® X IDE > Project Properties > PM3 Category

Set the following with the voltages appropriate for the selected device:

Voltage Description
Vdd Min, Vdd Max, Vdd Nom Select values for minimum, maximum, and nominal device voltage (Vdd).
Vpp Select a value for the programming voltage (Vpp).
Vdd App Select a value for the application Vdd (Vdd App).
