Power Data Only Mode

The Power Data Only mode provides power samples consisting of a time stamp, voltage, and current.

Select Trace and Profiling Category

In the Project Properties window, click the Real ICE category and select Trace and Profiling from the Option categories drop-down menu.

Select and Enter Setup Data

Under Target Power Sampling Selection, select Power Data Only.

  • Under Power Measurement, select Target Board (1mA - 1A). To measure the power consumption of only the microcontroller, see Device Power (CHB) Setup.
  • Under Target Power Sampling Interval (in microseconds), enter a value.

Accept Settings

Click Apply if you want to select additional power settings, or OK to close the Project Properties window.
